1. What First Dollar AI is

First Dollar AI is a web application that suggests online income ideas and step-by-step plans based on answers you provide. It is currently offered free of charge while in public beta, in exchange for honest user feedback.

2. Guidance, not guarantees

Ideas, earnings estimates and plans produced by First Dollar AI (including anything generated with AI) are general guidance for information purposes only. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and they are not a promise of income. Earnings vary and some ideas will not work out. You are responsible for your own decisions, research and actions.

3. Your account

You need an account to save your ideas and plans. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account. You may stop using First Dollar AI at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse First Dollar AI: don't attempt to break into the service, disrupt it for others, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the content you create using your plans. You give us permission to store your answers, ideas and plans so the app can work, and to use anonymised feedback to improve First Dollar AI.

6. Beta status and changes

First Dollar AI is in beta and evolves quickly. Features may change, appear or disappear, and in future some features may become paid. We will always tell you before anything you already rely on becomes paid. These terms may change too; the date above will update when they do.
